Guests have private access to the parking, front porch and front yard, and the unit—including the high-speed wifi, washing machine, dryer, spacious bedrooms, full en-suite bathrooms, kitchenette, and coffee bar.

All other parts of the property are off limits to guests and for owner's use only.

This barn retreat has a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. The space, furnishings, and layout are designed for adult comfort and may not be suitable for children. Please keep this in mind when booking. While children are welcome, they must be included on the 4 guest maximum.

Check-in is flexible anytime after 4pm.
Check-out is by 10am. 

Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vaping, and e-cigarettes) is prohibited anywhere on the property. Violation of this policy will result in a $200–$500 smoking remediation and extra cleaning fee.
